What Happens Now?

One of our staff will look through your submission and email you back a quote for your computer or instructions to proceed with the transaction.

What do I need to do to sell you the computer?

The email confirmation will provide instructions on how to proceed in selling your computer. This will involve providing collection details or a post office drop-off.

How do I prepare the computer for collection?

The computer or laptop has to be in a box with padding to ensure safe delivery. Please follow our packaging guide here.

When will the courier collect?

Collections are carried out on your selected date between 8 am and 6 pm.

When will the parcel be delivered?

We use a next-day delivery service for the majority of collections so if there are no issues with the courier we receive your parcel within 1 to 2 working weekdays.  Tracking information is included on the label, and you will be sent a confirmation by Bits & PCs that the computer has arrived with a reference number.

How long does it take to process?

You will routinely receive a report within 5-10 working days of Bits & PCs receiving the computer.

How is payment made and how long does it take?

Payments are made within 1 working day of receiving payment details, and are mostly instant using bank faster payment service. We also offer a PayPal payment service, but PayPal will charge you a fee for receiving money.
